Boco is one of my favorite places for lunch. Between the “Parisian bistrot” and fast food, this place offers dishes conceived by top chefs such as Anne-Sophie Pic, Christophe Michalak or Frédéric Bau. Imagined by Vincent Ferriot (another top chef!), the principle is simple: you choose an entry, a flat and a dessert in each case presented in a glass jar. The presentation is softly retro and it’s still very good. Most of the ingredients are organic. And the most important, for the price of a meal in a “bistrot”, you can taste the recipe for a great French chef!
