Vegan friends run away! This post is not for you! Today, I’m talking about meat…
Hidden in a small street of sixteenth arrondissement, just behind the Place de l’Etoile, I discovered the paradise for carnivorous: L’atelier Vivanda . At the origin of this project the young chef Akrame Benallal installed at « piano » Nicolas Tissier, Jean-François Piége’s former second (already a program). In a parisian bistro of butcher atmosphere , I seated at counter facing the kitchen to enjoy the show.
My choice is focused on beef rib (okay, I admit, I had eyes bigger than my stomach) and I did not was disappointed. The basic menu with entree- main course – dessert is € 35 which is quite reasonable for a Parisian table with products of this quality. Conclusion: I will return!
Warning: The restaurant is small! I recommand booking.
