Once is not custom, but now I am disappointed! After reading all the praise about the restaurant Sergent Recruteur, I thought to spend a wonderful time dining with friends. While the scenery is beautiful (pieces signed by Jaime Hayon and Baccarat), there are taste and style in the plate (in kitchen Antonin Bonnet, a former of Michel Bras) but the service is really not at the level (expected for everything: wine, bread, butter, sometimes they simply forget you!) and the addition is damn painful for a restaurant that has not yet a Michelin star. Conclusion: bad quality / price ratio! Too flashy!
