No great revolution in the plate, but I admit I spend a great time in Septime restaurant. The place is cozy, not too noisy. I love the open kitchen that lets see the cooks working at the stove and the industrial decoration so Parisian. In my dish, I found purple Brussels sprouts From the shop « Terroirs d’avenir « : a pure delight! Bertrand Grébaut proves here the modernity of the French bistro cuisine. My only complaint: the dressing was too salty for my taste!
