Hidden in a backyard, Alain Ducasse has transformed a former garage in Chocolate factory. In an industrial environment made of brick, glass and metal, everything here is home made, from roasting to packaging, under the direction of the chocolatier Nicolas Berger (formerly of Hevin). It takes about 10 € for a chocolate bar which may seem expensive but the taste is there! My only caveat: the reception! Closer to the « factory » as the luxury home.
