Lily of the Valley is the new spot to be in Paris for all tea lovers. A refined and pastoral place where coexists a very british mismatched crockery, a sleek marble counter, a floral wallpaper, vintage earthenware tiles and an amazing ceiling cover with plants. If you have no idea what you want to drink ask Pauline for advice, expert in tea and great passionate, that will open the cans parading on the shelves. The choice is terrible in the midst of all these fragrant blends of green or black tea, herbal tea and mate 100% French and bio. My favorite composition of the moment is called Los Angeles based on cinnamon, almond, apple and bitter orange. Greedy can accompany their tea with a slice of cake or a scone with cranberries.
Lily of the Valley: 12 rue Dupetit Thouars, 75003 Paris. Open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 and Saturday from 11h to 20h.
