Launched by Delphine Plisson (former communications director of the fashion group GSPC) under the sponsorship of the chefs Yves Camdeborde and Bruno Doucet, this new place offers nearly by 3,000 products carefully selected and a restaurant area with family-style meals made from the ingredients proposed by the grocery. I took some time to talk to you about Maison Plisson because my opinion was very divided. Although the products are very good qualities, they are sometimes a bit expensive even for Paris and if the service is smiling, it is not very effective! The too long queue at the checkout sometimes made me give up the idea of buying anything. All is not made in France as it’s announced like the fruit juices from Serbian brand Bakina Tajna (Granny’s Secret). The place is beautiful, with here also some terrazzo, a bit in the spirit of a Dean & Deluca in a French way.
