When he was a little boy in Germany, Mirko had a passion for cakes, those prepared by his grandmother and his aunt Léonie to his brothers and him. But he chose another passion: fashion, his job during twenty years. Recently, he finally realized his dream with House of 3 Brothers, his pastry-shop close to the Canal Saint-Martin. This little place, only 30 m2 with a Art déco style, is entirely dedicated to the German cakes of his childhood. Every morning, he prepares them himself on place. He chose to serve some generous portions with small prices as his bestseller the cheesecake in different version like nature, lemon-poppy or apple crumble (€ 4) and also the peccadilloes of his two brothers whose photos are presented at the entry: the gingerbread (4 € for 3 pieces) and the chocolate-hazelnut Katzi (€ 4). Personally, I have tasted the lemon-poppy cheesecake : it’s a hit ! I will return for sure taste the other ones.
